Rules of accommodation in the hotel Petrovsky Passazh

1. The hotel is intended for time accommodation citizens and foreign guests.

2. An operating mode of hotel - round-the-clock.

3. At arrival to hotel guest has to present his identity official documents:

a) passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation
b) passport of the citizen of the USSR
c) birth certificate for children in the age of till 14 years
d) international passport
e) passport of a Foreign citizen
f) Diplomatic passport
g) temporary Residence Permit
h) Residence Permit

4. For guests living in hotel the input is carried out on a card of the visitor. The input in hotel of guests visitors is carried out under the misses issued by receptionist.

5. Under the request of guests, visiting in number is authorized to visitors from 8-00 a.m. till 11:00 p.m., with obligatory logging visitings and at presence of the documents proving the identity.

6. Payment for accommodation and services is carried out under the price-list approved in hotel by cash or credit cards, after accommodation or prepaid.

7. At departure from hotel full calculation for rendered services is made and number of the housekeepers surrenders. The room key comes back to the receptionist.

8. The payment for hotel accommodation is established at the rate by one day for room (a place in room) according to a uniform checkout time of hotel - from 12:00 p.m. current day by Moscow time.

9. In case of staying at the hotel less, than at 24 hours:

a) at arrival in hotel during from 0:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. the payment for accommodation at a rate of 0,5 costs of the chosen room for 1 day according to the price-list is raised.
In case of a delay of departure after 12:00 p.m. the payment for number is raised in the following order:
- no more than 6 hours after a checkout time - hourly payment;
- from 6 till 12 hours after a checkout time - a payment for half of day;
- from 12 till 24 o'clock - payment for full day.
b) at arrival in hotel during from 12:00 p.m to 00.00 the payment for accommodation at a rate of costs of the chosen room for 1 day according to the price-list is raised.

10. In case of staying at the hotel at 24 hours and more:

a) at arrival in hotel during from 00:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m. the payment for early arrival at a rate of 0,5 costs of the chosen room for 1 day according to the price-list is raised, without previous reservation.
b) at arrival in hotel from 07.00 a.m to 13.00 the payment for early arrival is not raised.

11. At departure hotel it is necessary to release number not later than 12-00 p.m. In case of a delay of departure the payment for number is raised in the following order:

- no more than 6 hours after a checkout time - hourly payment;
- from 6 till 12 hours after a checkout time - a payment for half of day;
- from 12 till 24 o'clock - payment for full day.
If necessary prolongations of residing, coordinate of departure time to the receptionist.

12. In hotel rooms reservation for the future period under applications of individual visitors, groups and corporate clients is carried out. In case of a cancelling visitors of the reservation less than one day prior to planned arrival raise the penalty charge at a rate of cost of reserved numbers for 1 day according to the price-list.

13. For accommodation of children in the age of till 14 years in one room with parents without granting a separate place the payment is not raised.

14. The hotel gives guests the following list of free-of-charge services:

- a call of emergency;
- using the medical first-aid set;
- delivery in number of the correspondence and its getting;
- wake up call by certain time;
- granting of boiled water, the complete set of utensils, tablewares;
- a call of a taxi.

15. Dear guests:

- Observe the order of accommodation rules in hotel.
- Do not disturb guests living in hotel, keep quiet and order.
- Strictly observe fire security regulations, do not suppose occurrence of the centers of a fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel, only in specially equipped places.
- Familiarize with the information on actions in emergency situations.
- In due time and full pay services rendered to you;
- At leaving the room close faucets, windows, switch off light and household
appliances.
- in case of loss or damage of property compensate cost of the damage put to hotel.
- do not store bulky things in room. It is forbidden to store inflammable materials, the
weapon, chemical and radioactive devices in room.
- possibility of accommodation with animals, birds and reptiles in room coordinate to receptionist in advance.

16. The hotel provides guests safety of the personal things, being in room, under condition of observance of the rules of accommodation.

17. For loss of money, credit cards, jewelry, the jewels which were not checked, hotel of the responsibility does not bear. In case of detection of loss of personal things from room immediately inform administration on it for acceptance of necessary measures.

18. Administration can refuse to accommodation at any time since hotel is private property.

19. Guest has to present his identity card (as passport, migration card, current visa and/or other documents). Guest agrees on personal data processing according to hotel services. According to federal low of Russian Federation “Personal data security”, hotel's administration has to protect personal data from illegal or unintentional access, elimination, modification, copy or other illegal actions.
